It seems like many people agree with our assertion the other day, that it feels like we are living in Venezuela these days, as opposed to America. Wesley Pruden, editor emeritus of The Washington Times, had a blistering critique of Obama’s fight with Fox News today, arguing that it’s something straight out of a 3rd [...]

While reading about the anti-Chavez demonstrations going on throughout Latin America and the U.S. this weekend, I thought to myself, is Venezuela a lost cause? Can they ever escape the dictatorship and become the enlightened, interesting country they once were? It is hard to say. Chavez has taken over every part of Venezuelan society. We [...]

Is the tide turning against Chavez in the hemisphere? Frida Ghitis has a very interesting article in the Miami Herald questioning if the tide might be starting to turn in Latin America away from their disaster foray into socialism under the tutelage of Hugo Chavez and more to a social-democratic model. While the authors of [...]

Both President and Obama and Hillary Clinton are lashing out at the Honduras military takeover, saying that it is effectively an “illegal coup,” and “democratic rule” should be restored immediately. This position is so naive and dangerous because they have effectively given credence to dictators Fidel Castro and Hugo Chavez, further bolstering Chavez’s threats to [...]

You know things are getting bad when Hugo Chavez thinks of himself as more conservative than our President. In a vitriolic diatribe on the curses of capitalism today in Caracas: Hey, Obama has just nationalized nothing more and nothing less than General Motors. Comrade Obama! Fidel, careful or we are going to end up to his [...]

So the taxpayers are on the hook now for $50 billion (30 billion on top of 20 billion in previous bailout) to pay for a horrible company to stay in business just so big labor, the cornerstone of the Democratic Party, stays happy. But does anyone in their right mind really believe this will only [...]

10 years from now when we look back at Jimmy Carter’s 2nd term, and Chavez has funded a nuclear strike with Iran, will this photo symbolize the complete foreign policy ignorance & twisted idealism of our 44th president? Please note, that our purpose is not to continually bash Obama on this blog for every single [...]

Our clueless Communist in Chief just might be one of the most naive people we have ever heard. Here is what he said today about Venezuela today after meeting with Hugo- “Its defense budget is probably 1/600th of the U.S. They own Citgo. It’s unlikely that as a consequence of me shaking hands or having a [...]

What people now fail to realize and what will be studied for the next century is how the media elected Barak Obama as our 44th President. The power of the Internet in particular will never be fully understood. Just a snippet of how dangerous our new 21st Century media is in the formation of cult [...]

From state run Venezuelan TV. You don’t have to be fluent in Spanish to understand this one as Obama tells Chavez: Bye, my friend. In spanish we would say of Obama: Que un idiota y payaso. We are sure you don’t need a translator for that one either
