When GROUPTHINK members passed The Community Reinvestment Act in 1977 (CRA) to increase credit availablity to certain ethnic groups of Lower to Middle Income (LMI) status (September 1999 study by Freddie Mac), the free market effectively responded, after Clinton amended the CRA in ’95, to effectively provide low interest LMI vehicles to these LMI groups. But with no oversight from in-charge oversight GROUPTHINK members (Todd, Frank, Raines, or the government Inspector General who obviously did not understand how the LMI credit vehicles worked) GROUPTHINK members effectively blame GWB for the world wide financial crisis.
-Is when, to get elected, YOU SAY that our troops are bombing women, children, and civilians in Iraq and Afghanistan and then after you get elected YOU DO bomb women, children, and civilians in not only Afghanistan BUT IN PAKISTAN too! It’s also when you DON’T ALLOW INTERROGATIONS so that enemies can attack your homeland too!
